Howell was found to be in possession of a black Toyota Tundra key belonging to the stolen vehicle and Ellenburg was found to be in possession of a bag of methamphetamine and a pipe.Howell was charged with theft of property and Ellenburg was charged with possession of methamphetamine, both state jail felonies.Jail records show Howell and Ellenburg were taken to the Ector County Detention Center Friday.
